Therapy

Counseling is a collaborative process that involves the therapist and the client. The therapist collaborates with the client to identify goals that they work together to achieve. Plans are written to give guidance for how goals will be achieved.

Therapy is usually provided in 50 minute weekly sessions. Treatment schedules may change if the therapist feels that more or less than one session is required per week.

    Forensic Services
As clinical psychologists, we have the training and the expertise to help attorneys interpret psychological data that help in case development. Our services extend to criminal, civil, work related and personal injury cases.
We assist attorneys, insurance professionals, and others in interpreting case material related to psychological test data. Our testing and assessment services extend to, but are not limited to client competency, psychological liability, and employment disability claims.  Psychologists are available to provide expert testimony to assist the Court in making decisions.

    Psychological Assessments
We provide a range of psychological testing and assessment carried out by our professional, well-trained clinicians. Our testing helps clients identify areas of strengths and weaknesses in their cognitive and social functioning. We address areas that clients express concern about and present our findings in a well-organized report. Based on client requests, we also schedule feed-back sessions where clients have the opportunity to get a better understanding of the test results, and can discuss recommendations made by the evaluator.

We provide a wide range of assessment services in the areas of cognitive and personality testing.

We provide testing for children to evaluate Learning Disorders (LD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and other potential behavioral academic problems. In addition, we also provide IQ testing services and giftedness training.
