Urban Behavioral HealthCare Institute partners with three other agencies: Epworth Children and Family Services, Family Resource Center, and Youth-in-Need. Together the four agencies collaborate as The Children's Permanency Partnership which was formed in 2005. As, partners the four agencies work to link resources to better serve children, families, foster parents and their communities.
