Contrary to popular belief, parenting is a skill, not an instinct. Parents play an important role in the lives of their children. Our services help parents return to the joys of parenting, build skills of effective discipline, and promote healthy confidence in themselves and their children.
We help parents to:

• Understand why some parenting methods work better for some children and not others

• Identify and implement the best parenting strategies for their child

• Establish long term and short term goals for their parenting

• Implement positive and effective behavior management strategies

• Prepare their children for the future by identifying their child’s potential

We assist parents, foster parents, grandparents and other primary care-givers in providing care for children that best fits their emotional and psychological needs.

We offer recommendations to the Court and to child protective agencies regarding placement of children. We actively recruit healthy and caring adoptive and foster care families. It is an essential part of our program.
