We are a professionally managed, licensed child placement agency that is invested in the well-being and welfare of children who are in out-of-home placement. Our case management staff have years of professional experience in working with foster families, children, the court and other providers of service in out-of-home placement.

Urban Behavioral Healthcare Institute acts as an advocate for children and families. We assist parents, foster parents, grandparents and other primary care-givers of children in providing appropriate care for children.   

We offer recommendations to the Court and to child protective agencies regarding placement of children.
Adoptive and foster care recruitment of caring families is an essential part of our program.
